Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bellevue Restaurants, operated by X Enterprises LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Service

Bellevue Restaurants is an online restaurant directory that connects diners with local restaurants. We provide basic free listings as well as paid enhanced listing tiers for restaurant owners, and display advertising opportunities for sponsors.

2. Free Listings

Restaurants may appear on the Site at no cost as a basic listing. Free listings include the restaurant's name, address, cuisine type, and general information sourced from public data. Free listings do not include enhanced profile features, priority placement, or a verified badge. We reserve the right to include or exclude any restaurant at our sole discretion.

3. Paid Listing Tiers

Restaurant owners may purchase a paid subscription for enhanced features. Paid plans are offered on a month-to-month basis and may include:

Featured placement — priority display in search results and homepage sections.
Verified badge — a badge indicating the listing has been claimed and verified by the owner.
Enhanced profile — full menu, photo galleries, owner responses to reviews, FAQ management, analytics dashboard, and additional business details.

Specific features available at each tier are described on the listing plans page. We reserve the right to modify tier features or pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

3.1 Billing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at legal@x.enterprises. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

3.3 Restaurant Owner Responsibilities

By claiming or purchasing a listing, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to act on behalf of the restaurant.
All information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.
You will promptly update your listing to reflect material changes (hours, closure, ownership, etc.).
You will not submit false, misleading, or deceptive content.
Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Sponsored Content and Advertising

The Site includes sponsored placements and display advertising. Restaurants and other businesses may pay for featured homepage placement, category sponsorships, or display ad units served through the Google Ad Network. All sponsored and advertised content is clearly labeled as such.

Payment for sponsorship or advertising does not influence the editorial content, star ratings, or user reviews associated with any restaurant listing.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure or servers.
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Impersonate any person, business, or entity.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to X Enterprises LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By submitting content to the Site (reviews, photos, suggestions), you grant X Enterprises LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site.

7. Accuracy of Listings

We strive to maintain accurate listing information but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any restaurant information on the Site. Hours, menus, prices, and availability are subject to change. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before visiting.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, X ENTERPRISES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless X Enterprises LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email or via the Site. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
